Whether you are seeking relaxation, relief from repetitive strain issues, or injury rehabilitation, I endeavor to provide a massage that is effective for you.

I tailor each treatment based on assessment, your feedback, and the response of your body.  I focus on relieving your aches and pains while also providing a treatment that is deeply relaxing.  I use Swedish techniques along with myofascial, rhythmic, joint play, trigger point therapy, and passive stretching, depending on your needs.

My treatments incorporate:
  • Light pressure to deep tissue, as requested
  • Graduated techniques to work into tight muscles
  • A minimum of oil/lotion for maximum tissue engagement

I am also more than happy to provide you with simple self-care recommendations so you can be proactive in maintaining your health.
I chose to become a Registered Massage Therapist as a way to combine my interest in health and fitness with my desire to help people feel great and keep moving.
I completed my massage therapy training at the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto.  As well as massage I have experienced and studied a variety of bodywork modalities, and have taken yoga classes for many years, as well as dance and movement.
Please take a look at my other website pages for some great self-care ideas that you can easily incorporate into your life, as well as some resources for more learning.

Now... take a break!  Stand up!  Reach your arms overhead as you take a deeeep breath.  And give your eyes a stretch by gazing out the window!

As a settler, I am grateful to live and work in Treaty 13, which is the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples, and which is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.
